How do I exchange my order confirmation into physical tickets?
We’ll have a dedicated place and day/time to claim your physical tickets.
Please note that only the billing name on the order is allowed to claim the tickets. For verification, bring your valid ID and a copy or screenshot of your order details/confirmation.
When and where can I get the merch inclusions?

Is there a ticket limit per person?
There’s no ticket limit, however, please note that only the billing name on the order will be allowed to claim the tickets.
Can I cancel my order? Are the tickets refundable?
All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in the event of a canceled show.
