When will public selling take place?

• The sale will run from December 14, 2024 until supplies last.

What payment methods are accepted?

• We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, online banking, and e-wallets. 

Can I cancel my order? 

• No, cancellations are strictly prohibited. 

How can I track my order?

• An email will be sent to you once items have been shipped.

Is there an order limit?

• Yes, each item is restricted to a maximum of two (2) per checkout.

Is international shipping available?

• No, international shipping is not available at this time.
